David Vynerib is the Founder and Principal of CCO Habitats, a leading luxury home builder in Fairfield County, Westchester County, and the Hamptons. A Westport, CT resident for 20 years, David is dedicated to preserving the character of his community. His work has been nationally recognized and featured in numerous publications, showcasing his passion for building and renovation through meticulous craftsmanship and vision.
As a co-founder of Citi Habitats, one of Manhattan's largest real estate firms, David brings extensive expertise to his endeavors. He balances his professional achievements with a commitment to personal growth and family life, embodying optimism, a zest for life, and a drive for self-improvement. His accomplishments include completing a 250KM self-supported race in Namibia and six years of active CrossFit participation.
David holds a BS in Finance from The George Washington University and has led community initiatives such as the CT Basket Brigade for five years.
